Putnam County and the six towns of the County were required to submit stormwater remediation and phosphorus reduction plans to the NYS DEC by December 31, 2009. The Town of Patterson retained Malcolm Pirnie do a preliminary assessment of the conditions in Patterson. The final report from Malcolm Pirnie is available below for download and other reports may be posted in the future as they become available.
