Mr. Griffin called the Organizational Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with 7 in attendance.

1. Salute to the Flag and Roll Call.

2. Appoint Town Counsel:

Mrs. Nacerino made a motion to appoint HOGAN & ROSSI AND LAURA ROBERTS as Town Counsel.

3. Appoint Engineer for the Town:

Mrs. Nacerino made a motion to appoint MASER CONSULTING, P.A. as Town Engineer.

4. Authorize Supervisor to sign contract with Town Counsels and Town Engineer:

Mrs. Nacerino made a motion to authorize the Supervisor to sign contract with Town Counsels and Town Engineer.

5. Empower Supervisor to Invest Town Funds:

Mrs. Nacerino made a motion to appoint the Supervisor to invest Town Funds.

6. Set Salaries for Town Officials and Employees as per the final 2012 Budget:

Mrs. Nacerino made a motion to set salaries for Town Officials and employees as per the final 2012 Budget.

7. Designate dates for monthly Town Board meetings as per attached schedule:

Mrs. Nacerino made a motion to designate dates for monthly Town Board meetings as per attached schedule.

8. Designate Official Newspaper:

Mrs. Nacerino made a motion to designate the PUTNAM COUNTY COURIER newspaper for the Town.

9. Designate Official Depositories for all Departments/All Accounts for 2012:

Mrs. Nacerino made a motion to designate Official Depositories for all Departments/All Accounts for 2012 as PUTNAM COUNTY NATIONAL BANK, MAHOPAC NATIONAL BANK AND J.P. MORGAN CHASE.

10. Approve Bonds for Officials for 2012:

Mrs. Nacerino made a motion to approve the following Bonds for Officials for 2012:

Supervisor $300,000.00

Justice $ 10,000.00

Town Clerk $ 10,000.00

Receiver of Taxes $100,000.00

Sup. Of Highway $ 2,000.00

Building Inspector $ 5,000.00

Planning Board $ 20,000.00

11. General Fund Salaries to be paid on Bi-Weekly basis as per the 2012 Budget:

Mrs. Nacerino made a motion for General Fund Salaries to be paid on Bi-Weekly basis as per the 2012 Budget.

12. Highway Department employees to be paid on Bi-Weekly basis as per contract:

Mrs. Nacerino made a motion that the Highway Department employees be paid on Bi-Weekly basis as per contract.

13. Municipal Garbage employees to be paid on Bi-Weekly basis as per contract:

Mrs. Nacerino made a motion to have the Municipal Garbage Employees paid on Bi-Weekly basis as per contract.

14. Set Mileage allowance at $.55 per mile for mileage expenditure for Town Officials traveling to official schools and other official Town business:

Mrs. Nacerino made a motion to set mileage allowance at $.55 per mile for mileage expenditure for Town Officials traveling to official schools and other official Town business.

15. Approval of Highway Item #1 agreement between the Town Board and the Highway Superintendent in the amount of $2,643,193.00 for the period of January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012:

Mrs. Nacerino made a motion for approval of Highway Item #1 agreement between the Town Board and the Highway Superintendent in the amount of $2,643,193.00 for the period of January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012.

16. Authorize payment by Supervisor in advance of audit of postage and utilities in accordance with Section 119 of Town Law:

17. Appoint H. Ted Baumann Park Caretaker to a one-year term:

Mrs. Nacerino made a motion to appoint JANEDA GRADY caretaker to H. Ted Baumann Park for a one-year term.

18. Set stipend for H. TED BAUMANN PARK CARETAKER as per the 2012 Budget:
