1] ASTRO SUBDIVISION
The Astro Subdivision is a 26 lot subdivision located along Route 311. Based on the extent of site improvements completed, the Planning Board recommended that the performance bond be reduced from $286,000.00 to $106,000.00
2] PENWEST PHARMACEUTICALS CO.
The Penwest Pharmaceuticals Co., located along Route 22, has been temporarily using a trailer to provide additional office space at the site. The Planning Board granted a six month extension to allow Penwest Pharmaceuticals Co. to use the temporary office space.
3] ALPINE RESTAURANT SITE PLAN
Application was tabled.
4] FLOOD SITE PLAN
The application represents a request for site plan approval of a contractor's yard. The parcel is a 2.5+ acre parcel located on the east side of NYS Route 22 in the I zoning district. At tonight's meeting the Planning Board scheduled a public hearing for December 5, 2002.
5] VERIZON SITE PLAN
The application represents a request for site plan approval to allow Verizon to place an emergency generator behind the building at their facility located along Route 311. At tonight's meeting the Board requested additional landscaping to screen the generator. In addition, the Planning Board scheduled a public hearing for December 5, 2002.
6] FOX RUN SEWER PLANT UPGRADE
The application represents a request to waive the requirement to amend the site plan for the Fox Run Condominiums. The Project would allow the construction of several new buildings and tanks including a 3,420 sf Treatment Building as part of the NYC DEP WWTP Upgrade Program. At tonight's meeting the Board requested additional information concerning the proposed fencing and distance between the property line and the proposed structures.
7] ANNA'S AIRPORT AND LIMOUSINE SERVICE
Ann's Airport and Limousine Service is located along Fairfield Drive in the Putnam Lake area. The Applicant received permission to temporarily erect a canvas garage behind the building in which to store limousines in.
8] BURDICK FARMS SUBDIVISION
The Applicant has requested subdivision approval for a 168 acre parcel along Bullet Hole Road. The Planning Board is currently reviewing a scoping document which would provide the outline for developing a supplemental environmental impact statement. At tonight's meeting the Board reviewed the comments received on the proposed scoping document from other agencies and individuals. No further action was taken.
