An annual permit is required to use the facility. Permit fees are used to defray the cost of operating the Center. Town residents may purchase a permit at Town Hall or by mail. The Center is open to all Patterson residents. 2008 Recycling Permits are now on sale. Residents are reminded to please bring the registration of the vehicle(s) they plan on using when going to the recycling center. We will not be able to issue permits without proper proof of residency. Fees are as follows: One car: $8.00 Thank you. |

Putnam Lake area residents may also use a monthy dropoff service that is held at the VFW Hall on Fairfield Drive at Doansburg Road on the second Saturday of each month. This service is available 10 AM - 1 PM. Only magazines, catalogs, and junk mail are accepted. A Recycling Center permit is not required to use this service.
